These colorful, flavorful herbs have been loved in traditional medicine for a wide variety of health benefits such as neuroprotective properties, stress-relief, cardiovascular support, immune health, and metabolic support. 

A tisane is a hot water infusion (exactly like tea is made) of herbs, spices, flowers, roots, fruit, ect. Tisanes do not contain any of the Camellia sinensis (tea) plant and therefore do not have caffine.

This product contains 12 tea bags or 1 oz (approximately 12 servings) of loose leaf tea.
